It is important that you identify which type of centre hole you have in the wheel you require Spigot Rings for.

There are 3 different designs of centre hub fixing holes which cover most alloy wheels.

a. Tapered centre hole (see Fig 3)
b. Stepped centre hole (see Fig 4)
c. *Straight centre hole (dedicated centre bore).
*This is an OE type of fixing where the wheel is made to fit a dedicated vehicle and a spigot ring is not required. Mostly used on "original equipment" wheels produced by car manufacturers.

How to Measure the Centre Hole in Your Wheel:

To find the diameter of the centre hole in your wheel you will need to measure the centre hole from the back of the wheel.

You need to measure the actual hole, not the taper if your wheels have a tapered hole, See Fig 3 and 3a.

If your wheels have a stepped hole in the back of them (See Fig 4 and 4a) you will need to measure the widest point.

Now you have the measurement of the centre hole in your wheel you will need to find a spigot ring which has the same outside diameter of the centre hole of your wheel. Look at the line drawings of each spigot ring in this brochure and match the measurements.

1. The outside diameter of the spigot ring should fit the outside diameter of the centre hole inthe back of the wheel.
2. The inside diameter of the spigot ring should fit the outside diameter of the wheel hub on the vehicle you intend to fit the wheels to.

Now you have identified which spigot ring you need, look at the application guide (vehicle list) along side and find which spigot ring you require.
