The latest "thermal innovation" stops radient heat at the soure. The revoluntionary new product allows you to isolate heat by reducing radient heat damage to other vehicle components. Next generation technology allows it to be places directly on the exhaust system. Comprised of three layers the first is a stamped  half pipe of 304 stainless steel, the second is a 1/8" thick piece of ceramic insulation and the third is a stainless steel mesh to hold the pad in place. Installed in seconds simply wrap the shield around the exhaust pipe and hold in place with stainless steel ties, hose clamps or wire.
